Refund and Returns Policy

At Valiant Tactical, we take pride in the quality of our products and training services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help within the guidelines below.


1. Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date you ordered your item to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or packing slip) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Clearance or final sale items

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 48 hours.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If we determine a need for refund upon inspection, we will pay for the items shipping to you.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at jim@valianttacticalfta.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, etc.).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
